[Notice] Delivery in Brazil- it seems to takes around couple of months getting the order.

Recently we have lots of delivery question from BRAZIL customer.
There seems to be some problem with the local post office service in Brazil.
According to the asking from the customer, they have even not registered the tracking no.
it is getting more and more difficult to pass through the customs
If you also have same problem, could you please wait a little more. I heard it takes 4 MONTHS at least to get the order if it is small packet.
please use PARCEL PACKET packet if you want to save time.
or let us know your order no. and tracking no. for our post office to request for investigation to the brazil post office .
